Job Summary: Ensure the definition and implementation of the Group's Information Systems strategies, optimizing business processes and driving innovation, while acting ethically and in alignment with corporate values. Location: PT Functional Family: Information Systems M/F **Family Mission** --------------------- Ensure the definition and implementation of the Group's Information Systems strategies and policies, enabling the maintenance and evolution of optimized business processes, supporting and enhancing the business with differentiation and innovation, while acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- 1\) Ensure standardized development of IT artifacts in Digital Twin solution development, by identifying customer needs and aligning them with internal architectures, platforms, products, and services and/or with existing market offerings, aiming to maximize utilization and reduce costs; 3\) Perform assigned roles in projects for establishing new systems and/or revising currently existing ones; 4\) Code, generate test data, and debug programs whenever necessary; 5\) Document new systems according to established standards, maintaining and updating documentation as required; 6\) Promote and contribute to technology-driven projects to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of TopBIM’s processes; 7\) Identify opportunities for functional optimization of business processes to maximize productivity and automation, and reduce low-value-added activities; 8\) Ensure the construction of a comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date Digital Twin model for buildings, through integration of data sources, datasets, BIM models, and direct coordination with Teams (Design, Operations, and Production), meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders; 9\) Regularly update knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies related to Digital Twins to continuously identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. **Requirements** -------------- * Experience: 1–3 years * English – Advanced; **Education** ------------ * Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields **Mandatory Certifications / Licenses** ----------------------------------------- * Unreal Engine, C++ and Web Development. **At Casais Group, we ensure our team members have:** * Employee Support Programs; * Collaboration with flexible and dynamic teams that encourage your learning / professional development; * Vision for the Future: growth, evolution, industrialization, sustainability; * Annual activities promoting engagement among colleagues / companies / markets; * Benefits and Partnerships; * Safety Culture.
