Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to strengthen the Vilanova team, responsible for managing the store, developing the team, and boosting sales through profitability analysis. To support our continued growth, we aim to strengthen our team with a Team Leader (m/f). **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Implementing and enforcing the customer service model, instilling in the team the importance of customer attention; * Using key store profitability analysis tools to support decision-making that enhances sales and ensures implementation of necessary actions; * Supporting store management regarding visual presentation, team performance, and commercial objectives; * Ensuring proper welcome, integration, and training of new employees; * Promoting the development of team members. **What we value:** * Completion of secondary education (12th grade) or a Bachelor’s degree; * Over one year of relevant professional experience; * User-level computer skills; * Experience in sales analysis and KPIs; * Leadership and team management capabilities; * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Flexibility regarding working hours.
