Opportunities for professional development and growth We need you: Logistics Operator \- Loading and Unloading (M/F/X) The SMT Group continues to grow and is looking for a Logistics Operator \- Loading and Unloading to strengthen its team, ensuring efficient material handling, warehouse organization, and internal logistical operations support. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Perform loading, unloading, and material handling operations; \- Operate forklifts for transportation, storage, and stacking of goods; \- Ensure receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials; \- Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and track stock movements; \- Guarantee proper warehouse organization, identification, and arrangement of materials; \- Prepare materials for production supply and site dispatch; \- Conduct verification of received and dispatched materials; \- Comply with internal safety, quality, and organizational procedures; \- Carry out other tasks compatible with the role, as requested; \- Act responsibly and conscientiously, considering social, environmental, and financial sustainability. **Profile / Requirements:** \- Experience in logistics, warehousing, loading/unloading, or material handling; \- Physical stamina; \- Forklift Operator Certificate/Training (mandatory); \- Forklift driving experience (preferred); \- Organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; \- Sense of responsibility, accuracy, and autonomy; \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team; \- Proactivity and goal orientation; \- Valid driver's license; \- Valid Citizen Card or Residence Permit (mandatory); \- Residence in Caldas da Rainha or nearby municipalities (preferred). **Work Location:** Caldas da Rainha – 100% on-site. **We Offer:** \- Direct employment contract with a company within a rapidly growing group; \- Job stability and a positive work environment; \- Competitive salary commensurate with the role and proven experience; \- Opportunities for professional development and growth within the SMT Group; \- Immediate start.
