Job Summary: We are seeking Dumper and Bulldozer Operators for construction teams, responsible for operating and maneuvering industrial machinery for earthmoving operations. Key Highlights: 1. Autonomy in problem-solving We are currently hiring: DUMPER AND BULLDOZER OPERATOR Project: Alcanena We aim to include new members in our construction teams. We have projects across the country, especially in the Alentejo region. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operate and maneuver various types of industrial machinery for earthmoving tasks, including dams, scrapers, channels, irrigation networks, drainage systems, waterfalls, cleaning of water lines, pond cleaning, construction/dam projects, land preparation and agriculture, land clearing, deforestation, grading, earthworks, plowing, subsoiling, wind farms, mechanical demolitions, material crushing, communication routes, and forest roads. * We maintain a fleet of over 60 pieces of equipment, including dumpers, trucks, rotary loaders, rollers, crushers, bulldozers, motor graders, front-end loaders, backhoe loaders, vibratory rammers, vibratory plates, tractors, and others. REQUIREMENTS: * Operator’s license; * Experience in earthmoving; * Heavy vehicle and semi-trailer driving license (preferred); * Availability to travel nationwide; * Availability to work overtime; * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Good interpersonal skills; * Autonomy in problem-solving; CONDITIONS: * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the role; * Health insurance; * Company vehicle provided when on duty; * Immediate start; * Integration into a solid company with 25 years in the market; * Career progression.
