Job Summary: We are seeking a Home Helper to provide personal care, accompany daily activities, and collaborate in the physical and cognitive stimulation of dependent individuals. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently recruiting Home Helpers for home support services in Leiria. Responsibilities: \- Providing direct personal hygiene, comfort, and healthcare assistance to the dependent individual; \- Accompanying the individual in daily living activities and providing active supervision; \- Physical and cognitive stimulation; \- Ensuring medication adherence; \- Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition; \- Collaborating in space sanitation; \- Reporting the dependent individual's progress and development to the technical team responsible for them; Our employees represent our identity; therefore, the following requirements apply: \- Completion of 12th grade or 9th grade; \- Preference given to training as an Auxiliary Health Technician or Geriatrics Technician; \- Proven professional experience in providing care to dependent individuals / elderly persons; \- Core values such as respect for others, empathy, professionalism, and proactivity are essential; \- Neat appearance and strong communication skills; \- Sense of responsibility, regular attendance, and punctuality. Conditions: \- Service provision contract; \- Remuneration commensurate with the role.
