Join a team driven by innovation, competitiveness, and people's well-being. #### **The Challenge** We are looking for a candidate for the position of **Industrial Maintenance Technician (m/f)** at one of Vidrala Group's production units in **Marinha Grande**. The mission of this role is to ensure mechanical maintenance and repair across company facilities, carrying out the necessary technical interventions to guarantee the correct functioning and operational performance of the facilities. #### **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Fabricate, assemble, repair, and maintain various types of machines, motors, and other mechanical assemblies; * Construct and/or assemble and repair metallic structures, fuel and compressed air piping, water piping, and other general-purpose works, possessing knowledge of welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and lubrication; * Assist in workshop work preparation and tool maintenance, and may be assigned to conduct scheduled inspections whenever necessary; * Collaborate with external companies on mechanical installations and projects to facilitate subsequent maintenance; * Train any professional profile within their area of expertise; * Monitor and adjust all parameters required for optimal operation of ETARI and OSMOSIS systems; * Support the emergency response team during emergencies; * Ensure cleanliness and order at their workstation and associated tools, requesting appropriate resources from their direct supervisor whenever necessary; * Carry out all activities within their professional competence. #### **Requirements:** * Completion of 12th grade (technical-vocational course in electromechanics or related fields). * Professional experience in this role. * User-level computer skills. * Availability for functional versatility. * Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment and in the glass sector will be considered an advantage. #### **What We Offer:** * A solid, stable, and purpose-driven project contributing to a more sustainable future through glass packaging production. * Opportunities for learning/training and professional growth. * Attractive salary package.
