Collaboration with engineering, design, and production teams. Job Description We are looking for a **CNC Operator** (m/f) for our Santos Barosa factory in Marinha Grande. Your mission is to perform, program, and optimize CNC machining operations applied to packaging glass molds, ensuring parts are produced according to specifications and technical drawings. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Repair, adjustment, and machining of molds and components for glass bottles. * Programming and operation of 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers. * Preparation of CAM programs from CAD models, including roughing and finishing strategies. * Interpretation and modification of technical drawings and 3D models. * Machine setup and fine-tuning: tool selection, fixturing, offsets, and cutting parameters. * Dimensional inspection of machined parts and quality control. * Analysis and resolution of issues arising during the machining process. * Collaboration with engineering, design, and production teams to optimize cycle times and quality. * Basic machine and tool maintenance. * Performing all activities within your professional area of competence. **Requirements:** * Completion of 12th grade. * Two years of experience in similar roles. * Professional experience in CNC programming (Fanuc/Heidenhain/Siemens or equivalent). * Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., PowerMILL, Mastercam, NX, SolidCAM, HyperMill or similar). * Industrial manufacturing experience is considered an advantage. * Teamwork capability. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning/afternoon), Monday through Friday. * Autonomy, responsibility, and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Employment contract with a solid company. * A positive work environment and opportunities for professional growth. * An attractive salary package. * Health insurance. * Be Healthy Program (health and wellbeing promotion initiatives). * Other applicable benefits. #### **Next Steps** Please submit your **updated CV** for this job opportunity. \#ChooseGlass and join the \#TeamVidrala.
