Job Summary: Ensure service compliance for vehicles according to brand quality standards and customer expectations, guaranteeing delivery in perfect condition. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct final vehicle inspections after technical interventions. 2. Collaborate with the technical team to correct faults. 3. Promote a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure all vehicle services meet the brand's and company's quality standards as well as customer expectations, guaranteeing vehicle delivery in perfect technical and aesthetic condition. Main Responsibilities * Conduct final vehicle inspections after technical interventions (maintenance, repair, warranty, etc.). * Verify brand/importer-defined quality checklists. * **Confirm**: * Effective elimination of the reported fault. * Absence of newly introduced defects. * Overall condition (cleanliness, damage, noise, functionality). * Validate that billed work corresponds to services performed. * Identify and report non-conformities. * Collaborate with the technical team to correct faults. * Ensure compliance with brand procedures and standards. * Support internal and external audits. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
