If you're passionate about technology and eager to shape the future — TEKEVER is the place for you. **Our mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to:** * Master the workings of our products to become the leading authority in technical troubleshooting and high\-level support. * Deep\-dive into complex failures, diagnosing root causes across both hardware and software. * Translate user feedback into technical improvements for the development team. * Empower and mentor our support teams by creating the essential guides and technical documentation for fast and effective resolution. * Proactively identify reliability trends and opportunities for product improvement. * Maybe you'll even learn how to fly the AR3! **Profile and requirements:** * Academic background in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or similar \- mandatory). * Professional experience (Junior to Intermediate) with a focus on hardware/software troubleshooting or product validation. * Solid knowledge in programming languages such as C/C\+\+ and Python for debugging and analyzing firmware behavior. * Ability to interpret complex schematics and layouts using EDA software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad). * Familiarity with fabrication methods like PCB manufacturing and soldering to identify hardware root causes in the field. * Excellent technical writing skills to translate complex engineering fixes into clear, actionable documentation for support teams. * Advanced knowledge in Portuguese (C1\) and English (B2\). * Strong Analytical \& Communication skills: You must be able to bridge the gap between customer reality and developer technicality. * Problem Solver \& Resilient: You thrive when things break and won't stop until the root cause is found and documented. * Team player with the ability to navigate a dual\-reporting environment (Support \& Engineering). **What we have to offer you:** * An excellent work environment and an opportunity to make a difference; * Salary Compatible with the level of proven experience. * Daily shuttle from Caldas da Rainha and Lisbon.
