Responsibilities: * Answering telephone calls; * Managing emails and correspondence; * Organizing and archiving documentation; * Supplier management; * General administrative support; * Data entry and updating. Required Profile: * Prior experience in administrative roles; * Proficiency in user-oriented computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.); * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Dynamism, proactivity, and organizational ability; * Good command of English; * Valid driver's license; * Residence in the Leiria area or surroundings.
