**Your key responsibilities will include:**
* Assembling, configuring, maintaining, and verifying Ground Control Segment (GCS) stations for AR3 and AR5 UAV platforms;
* Installing and configuring operating systems, operational software, and mission tools in Windows environments;
* Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues in operational environments;
* Preparing and managing system images (imaging) for rapid deployment of equipment in production or field settings;
* Providing technical support for missions and operations, including high-pressure scenarios with tight deadlines;
* Collaborating with the IT GCS team to continuously improve build, configuration, and technical support processes;
* Demonstrating cross-functional technical capability — across networks, systems, hardware, and software — with autonomy and pragmatism.
**Profile and Requirements:**
* Degree in Computer Science, Networks and Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or demonstrable equivalent experience);
* Practical experience in hardware assembly and maintenance, Windows system configuration, and technical troubleshooting;
* Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, basic routing) and IT infrastructure;
* Versatile, proactive profile with strong problem-solving skills in unpredictable contexts;
* Comfort working in demanding operational environments involving critical equipment and tight deadlines;
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with sound prioritization skills;
* Language Requirements: proficiency in Portuguese (native or equivalent level) and functional English at C1 level — capable of holding professional conversations with native speakers;
* Preferred: experience with embedded systems, mission-critical environments, or defense/aerospace contexts; experience with Jira or similar task management tools; familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
