Opportunities for professional development and growth **We Need You: Metal Structure and Paneling Assembler (M/F/X)** The SMT Group continues to grow, and we are looking for an experienced Metal Structure Assembler to join our team. If you enjoy working on construction sites and in factories, assembling metal structures, and wish to be part of an innovative modular construction project, this opportunity is for you. Main Responsibilities: \- Assembling and installing metal structures according to project plans and technical specifications, with emphasis on modular swimming pools; \- Preparing, aligning, and securing metal components; \- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and measurements; \- Correct use of machinery, tools, and equipment required for assembly; \- Verifying compliance and quality of completed work; \- Performing other tasks compatible with the role, as requested; \- Strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) best practices. **Profile / Requirements:** \- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in metal structure assembly; \- Solid ability to read and interpret technical drawings; \- Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment; \- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines; \- Sense of responsibility, precision, attention to detail, and autonomy; \- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team; \- Proactivity and goal-oriented mindset; \- Valid driver’s license (preferred); \- Valid Citizen Card or Residence Permit (mandatory); \- Residence in Caldas da Rainha or nearby municipalities (preferred). **Work Location:** Caldas da Rainha – 100% On-site. **We Offer:** \- Direct employment contract with a company within a rapidly growing group; \- Job stability and a positive work environment; \- Competitive salary commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience; \- Opportunities for advancement and growth within the SMT Group; \- Immediate start.
