Job Summary: We are seeking Telecommunications Technicians for our Cable Teams, responsible for fiber optic installation, quality audits, and coordination with engineers. Key Highlights: 1. In line with this growth strategy, we aim to hire Telecommunications Technicians for our Cable Teams, with the following responsibilities: * Installing fiber optic cables in ducts, on poles, and on building facades; * Drilling boreholes; * Preparing production reports; * Coordinating with engineers responsible for network design, as well as with infrastructure owner technicians; * Conducting quality audits of work performed; * Promoting and monitoring best practices in Occupational Health and Safety. What We Seek: * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in aerial and underground cable laying; * Solid knowledge of tools used in this field; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Resilience and ability to manage tight and simultaneous deadlines; * Critical thinking and willingness to contribute to solutions; * Ability to work autonomously.
