Excellent working environment FLEXSIS, a prestigious brand of INTERIMAN GROUP, is recruiting a Commercial Administrator (M/F) for its industrial client in the Leiria region. **Responsibilities** \- Processing and managing customer orders; \- Booking containers and monitoring related procedures; \- Arranging European and non-EU transportation; \- Weekly meetings with the commercial team, production, and warehouse. **Requirements** \- Academic qualification at least equivalent to 12th grade or higher education; \- Knowledge of English (an asset); \- Fluency in French (mandatory); \- Experience in administrative logistics and international bureaucracy; \- Advanced user-level proficiency in MS Office tools; \- Proficiency in PHC Advanced (preferred); \- Ability to learn quickly and organize effectively; \- Strong customer-oriented communication skills; \- Excellence in interpersonal communication; \- Advanced experience with Office tools (from an end-user perspective); \- Sense of organization and discipline; \- Responsible and punctual; \- Proactive, dynamic, and autonomous; \- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle; \- Ability to withstand stress and pressure; \- Residence in Leiria or adjacent areas. **Offer** \- Direct employment contract with the company; \- Base salary commensurate with experience; \- Challenges and opportunities for personal and professional development; \- Progression to other commercial tasks; \- Excellent working environment; \- Other benefits currently in effect at the client company.
