We are looking for a **Bakery Operator** to join the Alva Sweet team in **Alvaiázere**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute all procedures related to dough preparation, baking, and packaging, following the company's instructions and training; * Comply with cleaning procedures; * Complete all required records for the role (on paper or digitally); * Adhere to all rules and procedures implemented within the organization, in accordance with the company's current Food Safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (12th grade); * Team-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills. Training in Food\-Defense, Food Fraud, HACCP, and Good Hygiene and Manufacturing Practices (training provided by the Company) Type of position: Full-time
