Type of Operation Home delivery Heavy and bulky items Daily coordination with drivers, assistants and warehouse Dynamic operation requiring constant route adjustments Main Responsibilities Planning and organizing daily routes Monitoring field teams throughout the day Managing unforeseen events (delays, breakdowns, route changes) Constant communication with drivers, assistants and warehouse Coordinating pickups, returns and urgent deliveries Updating operational information and basic reporting Supporting the Operations Manager whenever required Required Profile Experience in traffic, logistics or distribution (mandatory) Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work under pressure Good communication skills and assertiveness Practical mindset and focus on problem-solving Knowledge of operations involving heavy/bulky items (preferred) Basic computer skills (mandatory) Conditions Base salary: €1,100 IHT: €187 Meal allowance: €6/day 13th and 14th month salaries paid at 100% Overtime paid separately Stable position with direct impact on operations Integration into a growing company
