Herdade da Malhadinha Nova is currently seeking a Pastry Chef (M/F). **Job Description** The Organic \& Inspired Cuisine restaurant at Herdade da Malhadinha Nova \- Relais \& Châteaux, located in Albernoa, Beja, in the heart of Lower Alentejo, is seeking a **Pastry Chef (m/f)**. The restaurant's gastronomic concept, awarded again in 2025 with the Michelin Green Star, is based on signature cuisine. At Malhadinha, a culinary approach emphasizing product selection, precise preparation, and intelligent flavor combinations is present in every dish, largely using organic products from the estate and favoring local producers, always inspired by Alentejo's gastronomic traditions and regional culture.
