We're looking for a Surveyor with a special touch: someone who loves dealing with people, has smooth communication skills, and excels at negotiation, especially when it comes to securing authorizations from property owners and working on High and Medium Voltage (HV/MV) projects. We value proactivity, creativity, and, of course, great teamwork! **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Serve as the main point of contact with property owners to obtain necessary authorizations for our solar energy projects. * Communicate clearly and effectively, explaining project details and answering any questions that may arise. * Negotiate agreements beneficial to all parties involved, ensuring our projects move forward. * Collaborate with technical teams to understand surveying aspects and HV/MV projects, facilitating the licensing process. * Maintain detailed records of interactions and obtained authorizations. * Identify and resolve potential conflicts or obstacles that may arise during the authorization process. * Contribute your commercial perspective to optimize authorization management processes. **What are we looking for in you?** * Proven experience of at least 2 years in similar roles, preferably focused on authorization management or property owner relations. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Natural ability in negotiation and persuasion. * Proactive, organized profile with strong results orientation. * Basic knowledge of High and Medium Voltage (HV/MV) projects and surveying principles.
