What you will do * Answer and manage customer calls and/or emails, complaints, and requests; * Register and follow up on incidents until they are correctly routed. What you must ensure * Completion of 9th grade; * Experience in contact centers (Mandatory); * Fluency in English; * Immediate availability for the schedule from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday.
