Store Employee - Part-time 24h/week

Stock organization and management Job Title: Store Employee Department: Front-office Reports to: Store Manager Main Functions and Responsibilities · Attend to customers; · Prepare and dispatch orders; · Manage couriers, deliveries, and routes; · Perform administrative tasks inherent to the role (organizing and entering invoices, sending daily sales reports to supervisors); · Report incidents to supervisors; · Coordinate store activities with the kitchen team; · Organize inventories/stocks; · Manage and replenish stock; · Verify the quality of production and packaging for all orders; · Ensure store cleanliness and tidiness; · Place orders and contact suppliers (problem solving); · Perform daily cash register opening and closing; · Manage and resolve issues internally and with customers; · Recruit and select couriers; assign couriers to shifts, manage routes. Knowledge, Qualifications and Professional Experience Education: · Completion of secondary education (12th grade) Foreign language skills: · Intermediate level of spoken and written English Professional knowledge: · Proficiency in MS Office. Professional experience: · Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles / hospitality industry; · Experience in team management. Mechanical Machining Technician (Manual Lathe and Milling Machine) & CNC (m/f/x)
**Location:** Felgueiras, Felgueiras, PT **Job Family:** Manufacturing **Country/Region:** Portugal The Mechanical Machining & CNC Technician (m/f/x) is responsible for creating programs for mechanical parts and tools used in production machines, as well as for projects, improvements, and other areas requiring such work. Technically, they must ensure availability of the latest program updates and will be responsible for CNC equipment programming using CAM software, and for operating both CNC machines and conventional equipment. To fulfil these responsibilities, the Mechanical Machining & CNC Technician must comply with the company’s quality and safety policies. This role also requires interdisciplinary collaboration with people from various departments. Proper use and maintenance of workshop machines are essential, and this professional will be responsible for maintaining assigned equipment. All work must be carried out with a focus on cost minimisation, strictly following work instructions and quality plans, ensuring completion within the established timeframe. The Mechanical Machining & CNC Technician supports the production of precision parts in metals and thermoplastics, from technical drawing interpretation through to execution and dimensional control. We seek a professional with a strong sense of accuracy, autonomy, and enthusiasm for working in a manufacturing environment. **What you will do:** * Program parts for the CNC machine based on 2D drawings or 3D files; * Knowledge of 3-axis CNC programming using CAM software is an advantage; * Manufacture of precision parts on conventional equipment as required: lathe and/or milling machine — at least one of them — based on 2D drawings; * Select appropriate tools for milling and turning according to the final objective; * Use of power tools (drilling, template saw, circular saw); * Perform preventive or corrective maintenance on workshop equipment; * Carry out dimensional inspection of produced parts (metrology); * Develop manufacturing routings (definition of the production process: tools, fixtures, sequences, etc.); * Collaborate in the manufacturing or reprocessing of spare parts; * Organise and maintain the toolroom; * Responsible for correct handling of hazardous waste and recyclable materials; * Ensure workshop machines operate properly, detect faults and resolve problems; * Use tools, equipment and other company-provided inventory responsibly; * Complete the daily work report, providing accurate information on time spent on each assigned task. **Essential Qualifications:** * Technical qualification in Mechanics or related field; * Recognised technical training in CNC; * Proven experience as a CNC programmer and technician and in mechanical machining; * Proven experience with 2- and 3-axis programming software; * Extensive experience in fine adjustments and tolerances; * Basic/intermediate proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modelling and modifications); * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings; * Knowledge and understanding of various measuring equipment; * English language level: B1 – Communicative level (based on the Common European Framework); * Ability to work under pressure; * Ability to identify critical features and dimensions in mechanical assemblies; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
