Job Summary: ACA Group is seeking an R&D Manager to lead and drive innovation activities, from idea generation to project execution. Key Highlights: 1. Integration into a solid and expanding corporate group REF: ACA/I\&D Porto, Portugal As part of the expansion of its operations, ACA Group intends to strengthen its Innovation and Project Management Department by hiring: **R&D Manager – Porto** **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage research and development activities and innovation initiatives; * Promote, monitor, and manage the implementation of innovation projects and actions; * Develop and implement initiatives to foster the Group's innovation culture; * Organize *workshops*, lectures, and events related to innovation; * Lead idea generation and structuring, guiding them from conception to execution; **Required Profile:** * Academic degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field; * Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in similar roles; * Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Mentimeter); * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Proactive and well-organized; **We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and expanding corporate group; * Opportunities for professional learning and development; * Compensation commensurate with the role's requirements;
