What We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from you if you have most of the following:* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Several years (* 4\) of experience managing engineering or operations teams, with a focus on team development and performance support. * Experience with Platform Engineering, modern cloud\-native environments AWS or Azure preferred or other cloud experience is valuable. * Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), etc. * Strong communication skills—able to bridge technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * A collaborative and solutions\-oriented mindset, comfortable improving systems, reducing friction, and raising quality and stability. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum contexts. * Ability to lead remote or distributed teams, collaborating across cultures.
