Your Responsibilities * Implement and manage cross-departmental AI tools (consulting, multimedia, digital marketing) * Develop and automate workflows using generative AI and automation tools * Identify opportunities to improve internal processes through technology * Support teams in adopting and efficiently using implemented solutions * Build integrations between platforms and systems, including basic programming when necessary What We Are Looking For * Practical experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make, LangChain, or similar) * Basic to intermediate programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or other) * Problem-solving and efficiency-oriented mindset * Autonomous, proactive profile with desire to grow within an expanding company * Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions into accessible language What We Value * Personal projects, open-source contributions, or real-world AI use cases * Knowledge of APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and no-code/low-code integrations * Experience in marketing automation or business process automation What We Offer * Employment contract * Integration into a young, multidisciplinary team working on real and diverse projects * Freedom to propose and implement solutions from day one * Dynamic, in-person work environment in Porto * A role with tangible impact on the group’s growth strategy Work Location: On-site
