This is where we supervise storage and delivery operations, plan routes, and analyze data. We are looking for a **Warehouse Operator** profile for our logistics center in **Porto**, located in **Maia**. **What will you do in this role? ** You will be responsible for managing the assigned shift. This means coordinating a team of warehouse workers and associated drivers to ensure all orders are processed efficiently, punctually, and cost-effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading and coordinating warehouse worker teams. * Managing outbound national parcel operations from our warehouse. * Ensuring operational excellence by working with your team to achieve it: unloading packages, sorting, dispatching, returns, and incident management. * Ensuring achievement of objectives. * Guaranteeing smooth operations through continuous process supervision and problem resolution. * Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks within the warehouse. * Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations inside the warehouse. * Ensuring full traceability of all parcels within the warehouse.
