Key Responsibilities * Support for trainees: registration, clarifications, and follow-up. * Communication with trainers regarding schedules, materials, and operational needs. * Coordination with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs): scheduling, access, documentation, and certification. * Scheduling of sessions, management of registrations, and attendance lists. * Core LMS tasks: class creation, user and session management. * Monitoring of access and basic performance indicators. * Initial technical support for trainees’ and trainers’ queries. * Preparation of documentation and updating of records. * Identification and reporting of operational non-conformities.
