Responsibilities: Plan and execute daily kitchen service based on established menus, adapting work to quantities, schedules, and operational conditions; Ensure proper storage and use of raw materials and foodstuffs, overseeing their receipt, storage, and control; Guarantee compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all stages of kitchen service; Monitor the condition and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils, promoting proper usage and maintenance; Report and record any operational anomalies or needs to the relevant departments; Contribute to alignment with Symington’s Policies, Strategy, and Objectives by gathering, sharing, and monitoring relevant information; Comply with and ensure adherence to the Integrated Management System standards for Quality, Environment, and Safety, as well as applicable legislation, standards, and procedures; Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of best management practices to ensure operational efficiency and quality outcomes.
