Job Summary: We are seeking a Multiskilled Worker to join a maintenance team responsible for general building maintenance tasks, preventive and corrective maintenance, and fault diagnosis. Opportunity for professional development upK, a Maintenance Management company, is looking for 1 Multiskilled Worker to join a maintenance team in Leiria. Main Responsibilities: Perform general building maintenance tasks; Carry out preventive maintenance interventions according to established plans; Execute corrective maintenance actions on facilities and equipment; Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and those related to other technical specialties; Propose technical improvements based on observations made during interventions; Ensure the proper functioning of infrastructure and equipment. Requirements: Experience in maintenance of commercial or industrial buildings; Ability to analyze and diagnose faults; Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and teamwork; Availability to work rotating shifts. We Offer: €935 to €1100 gross/month, depending on experience and demonstrated competencies.
