Development of communication skills and empathy in patient care. **Oral Plan**, a prestigious dental clinic in Caldas da Rainha and Lisbon, is recruiting for its team: **CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP CENTER OPERATOR** **Job Responsibilities:** * Answer and make telephone calls and messages professionally and courteously; * Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for patients; * Provide accurate information regarding the clinic’s services, operating hours, and procedures; * Respond efficiently and empathetically to patients’ questions and concerns; **What We Are Looking For:** * Prior call center experience required; * Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade; * Languages: Portuguese (mandatory) and English (an asset); * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology; * Sense of responsibility and commitment; * Dynamism, proactivity, and willingness to learn; * Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; * Positive attitude, professionalism, and empathy in patient care; * Immediate availability. **What We Offer:** * Location: Caldas da Rainha; * Full-time employment contract – Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM; * Integration into a young and ambitious team oriented toward career development.
