Job Summary: We are seeking Multiskilled Technicians to ensure maintenance and proper functioning of the building, conducting inspections and performing minor electrical and mechanical tasks. Organized profile with strong communication skills We are recruiting **Multiskilled Technicians** to join our La Vie Caldas team. **Duration:** July 15 to September 15 **Responsibilities:** * Ensure maintenance and proper functioning of the facility/building * Conduct daily routine inspections and corrective/preventive maintenance * Perform first-level electrical and mechanical tasks * Report all interventions carried out **Requirements:** * Technical qualification specializing in electromechanics, mechanics, or related fields, or prior experience in maintenance/multiskilled roles * Experience in building maintenance * Basic knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation, electricity, and mechanics (preferred) * Professional appearance and good hygiene * Organized profile with strong communication skills * Proactivity and responsibility **Benefits:** * Health insurance after 6 months * Meal allowance via card * Possibility of permanent hiring based on performance Type of position: Full-time Benefits: * Company car * Meal card/ticket * Health insurance Work location: On-site
