Responsibilities: * Your primary mission will be to ensure safety through appropriate preventive and corrective maintenance of elevator equipment, while simultaneously promoting our services through suitable professional advice. * You will be responsible for customer satisfaction through high-quality service and regular, proactive, and accurate on-site communication. * You will perform safe work practices and identify repair opportunities. * You will contribute to continuous improvement of products, methods, and safety by providing feedback to your supervisor and the quality department. * You will be responsible for preparing accurate, real-time reports on work performed and materials consumed. * At KONE, we work together — you will be supported by a team that assists you in your daily work and a supervisor who collaborates with you to achieve optimal results.
