In pursuit of continued growth, we aim to strengthen our team with a Store Manager (m/f). **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Adhering to and ensuring team compliance with the established customer service model, instilling in the team the importance of customer attention; * Utilizing key store profitability analysis tools to support decision-making that enhances sales and ensures implementation of necessary actions; * Managing the store’s visual presentation, team, and commercial objectives in accordance with internal guidelines; * Planning, organizing, and monitoring store operations; * Ensuring appropriate recruitment, onboarding, integration, and training of new employees; * Managing and promoting the development of team members; **What we value:** * Completion of secondary education (12th grade) or a bachelor’s degree; * Minimum two years’ experience in similar roles; * Proficiency in standard computer applications; * Experience in sales analysis and KPIs; * Leadership, team development, and management capabilities; * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Customer orientation; * Flexibility regarding working hours.
