Recruitment and Selection company is recruiting a Senior-level Construction Technician for a company in the hospitality sector. Main responsibilities: Monitoring and supervision of construction projects from the planning phase to completion. Coordination of on-site teams and control of deadlines, costs, and quality. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations. Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and other project stakeholders. Preparation of progress reports and technical follow-up. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in construction project monitoring roles. Good knowledge of project management and cost control. Leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and availability for travel. Preferred residence: Albufeira, Ferreiras, Vilamoura, Quarteira, Silves, Lagoa, Portimão, Faro, or surrounding areas.
