Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform daily maintenance operations, identify and resolve property-related issues, coordinate tasks, and supervise inspections. Coordinate with other departments Bed and Sun is a local accommodation management company with offices in Vilamoura, operating since 2015 in the areas of Quarteira, Vilamoura, Vila Sol, Vale do Lobo, and Quinta do Lago. **We are recruiting a Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team.** **Main Responsibilities:** \- Perform daily accommodation maintenance operations; \- Identify, coordinate, carry out, and present solutions to ensure the proper overall functioning of properties, particularly regarding plumbing, electricity, carpentry, air conditioning, water heaters, kitchen equipment, painting, and others; \- Install, supervise, schedule, and monitor fire safety requirements, including AL identification plates, fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, and photoluminescent signage; \- Daily coordination with other company departments; \- Prepare detailed reports and attend weekly meetings; \- Supervise and conduct periodic inspections of accommodations. **Requirements:** \- Proven experience in a similar role; \- Valid driver's license; \- Strong organizational, coordination, and people management skills; \- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to propose solutions; \- Team spirit and assertive communication; \- Basic computer skills to record interventions, update maintenance reports, and consult databases containing technical information and equipment manuals. **Additional Information:** \- Full-time contract; \- 40 hours per week; \- Availability to work weekends; \- Fixed and consecutive days off; \- Flexible working hours. **CV: jobs@alojamentolocal.com** **Contact: \+351 939 551 931** Type of position: Full-time
