We are hiring for a Professional Internship as Engineering Technician at Salema Beach Village Main Responsibilities, among others: * Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and carry out preventive maintenance procedures on equipment, electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems; * Diagnose and resolve technical issues in equipment and systems; * Efficient management of hotel equipment and materials; * Maintain and repair kitchen equipment, laundry machines, elevators, security systems, etc...; * Maintain and manage spare parts inventory and necessary materials for maintenance tasks; * Inform supervisors about equipment and/or systems requiring maintenance; * Ensure cleanliness, guaranteeing hygiene and quality standards are maintained; * Guarantee all equipment has updated technical records and is in perfect working condition; * Record all interventions, including inspection reports, completed repairs, and component/equipment replacements; * Respond to guest requests related to maintenance issues. Requirements: \- Minimum qualification: Secondary Education - 12th Grade or Equivalent; * Good communication and organizational skills; * Interest in hospitality and team spirit; * Availability to work rotating schedules and shifts.
