We are looking for a Maintenance Multiskilled Technician for Monte Santo Resort in Carvoeiro. **Main Responsibilities, among others:** * Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and carry out preventive maintenance procedures on equipment, electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning); * Diagnose and repair technical problems in equipment and systems; * Respond promptly to emergency calls; * Efficiently manage hotel equipment and materials; * Maintain and repair kitchen equipment, laundry machines, elevators, security systems, etc...; * Maintain and manage spare parts inventory and necessary materials for maintenance tasks; * Inform management about equipment and/or systems requiring maintenance; * Actively communicate with other hotel departments; * Ensure cleanliness and that hygiene and quality standards are maintained; * Ensure all equipment has updated technical records and remains in perfect working condition; * Record all interventions, including inspection reports, completed repairs, and replacement of parts/equipment; * Respond to guest requests related to maintenance issues; * Assist in the technical preparation of events (e.g., setting up speakers, projectors, lights, etc...) **Requirements:** \- Minimum education: Secondary School — 12th grade or equivalent; * Good communication and organizational skills; * Passion for hospitality and teamwork; * Availability for rotating and shift-based schedules. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary package; * Benefits across different Highgate hotels; * Career development and progression opportunities.
