Job Summary: We are seeking Telecommunications Technicians to join our Cable Teams, responsible for installing and overseeing fiber optic works. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are seeking **Telecommunications Technicians to join our Cable Teams**, responsible for installing and overseeing fiber optic works across various types of infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Install and route fiber optic cables along aerial and underground routes, including ducts, poles, and facades; * Perform boring operations and related tasks required for cable routing and installation; * Record and document respective outputs; * Coordinate with engineers responsible for network design and supervision; * Supervise on-site work and conduct quality audits, ensuring compliance with defined requirements; * Identify situations that may jeopardize work execution and contribute to their resolution; * Promote and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety best practices. **What We Are Looking For:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in cable routing/installation, preferably in aerial and underground routes; * Knowledge of fiber optic cable installation and routing; * Good familiarity with tools and equipment used in this field; * Ability to interpret and follow technical instructions; * Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility; * Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Resilience and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously; * Availability for on-site work and travel, as required by the role. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience; * Integration into a young, dynamic, and results-oriented team; * Opportunity to participate in the expansion project of a new telecommunications network in Portugal; * Opportunity for professional development and growth within the organization.
