**What will be your mission?**

As a **Maintenance Technician (M/F)**, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and minor repair tasks on equipment, and/or coordinating with external repair companies, complying with service standards and internal hygiene and safety procedures to ensure high-quality and excellent service, exceeding customer expectations.
**What will you do?**

* Perform repair and maintenance work on hotel facilities and equipment.
* Carry out minor maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, etc.
* Take readings of energy consumption meters (water, electricity, etc.) and maintain reliable records of consumption trends.
* Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, installations, and other hotel elements.
* Assist in setting up meeting rooms, including audiovisual, sound, and lighting configurations.
* Resolve incidents and issues reported by guests promptly and efficiently.
* Keep the maintenance inventory updated and request parts and supplies as needed.
* Collaborate with external suppliers when necessary.
**Functions and Responsibilities**

* Professional experience in similar roles within the hotel sector or service industries of comparable size and complexity.
* General knowledge of plumbing, painting, and electromechanics (preferable).
* Secondary education and/or vocational training relevant to the role (electricity and electronics, HVAC, industrial maintenance, and related fields).
* Knowledge of local language and English (fluent spoken level) will be valued.
* Knowledge of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical and electronic systems.
* Passion for service and strong customer orientation.
* Professional demeanor and neat appearance.
* Good organizational skills and proactivity.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Schedule flexibility.
* Attention to detail and ability to detect and solve problems efficiently.
* Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Internet, Databases, and specific applications for accommodation/hospitality.

We are a multi\-award\-winning estate agent in the Algarve with a portfolio of international brands, entering an exciting phase of growth. Our Marketing Team creates visually compelling property content using a full media stack for organic and paid digital marketing.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Create and deliver engaging digital content across social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and multimedia content for online channels
* Manage newsletters via Mailchimp and other email campaigns
* Support webinars, promotions, and other digital initiatives
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to support campaigns and maintain brand consistency
**You Should Have:**
* Proven experience as a content creator and graphic designer
* Portfolio showcasing digital content, print and design work
