Operational Assistant Manager (m/f) Vila Galé Náutico

Vila Galé Náutico Hotel is looking to integrate an Operational Assistant Manager into its team. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support in managing all hotel departments; Conduct internal audits of the hotel and support the Quality, Environment and Safety department; Directly assist the Human Resources department in preparing and executing necessary activities; Replace the Director whenever necessary; Support tasks across all hotel departments; Provide assistance in hiring team members. **YOUR PROFILE** Your background and experience are in Hotel Management, Tourism or similar fields. You have leadership skills, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and possess a natural talent for managing and training teams, always demonstrating a high sense of responsibility. You have the ability to resolve conflicts and internal issues. You can work under pressure, manage costs, deadlines, and schedules according to requirements. Communication is second nature to you, and you can effectively communicate with both teams and guests. You love sales, and your commercial spirit shines through in every situation. You quickly adapt to any professional environment, have computer and Excel skills, and are fluent in at least two foreign languages (English and one other). You care about your personal presentation, are organized, versatile, proactive, and dynamic.
