Our approach combines systematic and holistic methodologies with qualified specialists to drive high performance. **Job Description** **We are seeking a Newly Graduated Engineer** in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering to join our team in **Lagoa, Faro**, on-site and full-time. **Main responsibilities include:** * Supporting project planning and monitoring; * Coordinating projects and leading work teams; * Monitoring activity progress; * Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Work will be conducted in close collaboration with senior engineers and project managers, guaranteeing high-quality solutions for our clients. **Profile and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering; * Solid understanding of engineering principles and practices; * Ability to support project planning and development; \* * Knowledge of technical standards and regulatory requirements; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Team spirit and proactivity; * Proficiency in engineering software and tools; * Willingness to undertake occasional travel; * Experience or interest in renewable energy projects will be valued. * Interest in developing technical leadership competencies in industrial, construction, or innovation contexts.
