Process analysis and optimization **Your Responsibilities** ------------------------- Main Tasks * Develop occupational risk assessment processes and collaborate on planning and implementing the company's occupational risk prevention management system. * Design, schedule, and implement preventive and protective measures. * Collaborate in designing workplaces, work methods, and work organization, as well as in selecting and maintaining work equipment. * Select and test personal protective equipment. * Evaluate working conditions. * Conduct technical inspections of operational facilities and technical work equipment—especially before commissioning—and of work procedures—especially before implementation. * Ensure implementation of safety measures and accident prevention measures. * Analyze and characterize occupational accidents. * Implement continuous improvement processes using Lean Management tools. * Identify improvement opportunities. * Conduct regular process analyses to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance process efficiency. * Plan and implement Lean projects. * Monitor and evaluate continuous improvement projects and Lean project performance. Requirements **Your Profile** ---------------- Profile * Academic qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field. * Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (TSHST Level VI), preferred. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles within an industrial setting, preferred. * In-depth knowledge of OHS legislation. * Knowledge of Lean Management and continuous improvement methodologies. * Familiarity with ISO 9001 standard. * Project management and analysis skills, including identification of potential improvements. * Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally across departments. * Project leadership and teamwork capabilities. * Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement. * Critical thinking mindset. * Fluent in English. * SAP knowledge. * Proficiency in standard end-user IT tools.
