We are looking for an AI\-Enhanced Development Specialist, to join our client, a world leading multinational group in automotive wiring harness testing. With a direct contract with our client, you will be working remotely but need to be located on the north of the country. What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? * Research, benchmark, and deploy AI\-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Tabnine, etc.); * Integrate AI coding tools into existing IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, and team workflows; * Lead pilot programs to measure and improve productivity through AI augmentation; * Provide hands\-on training, workshops, and documentation to developers on best practices using AI tools; * Work closely with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to identify bottlenecks where AI can add value; * Act as an internal champion for developer experience, automation, and intelligent tooling; * + Stay up\-to\-date with the latest trends in AI coding assistance, LLM APIs, and prompt engineering. What will be required from you? * Degree in Computer Engineering; * Strong programming background in languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C\#, or Java; * Experience using or evaluating AI\-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Cody, Tabnine, CodeWhisperer); * Understanding of prompt engineering, tokenization, and LLM capabilites (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.); * Familiarity with modern development workflows: Git, CI/CD, Docker, tesing frameworks; * Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts to software teams; * Experience training or mentoring developers is a plus. * Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
