If you are looking for stable employment at a solid and growing company, this opportunity may be right for you. **Mission:** Support the management of the Quality Management System, ensuring process compliance, documentation maintenance, and adherence to regulatory and certification requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System; * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, RWS, GOTS, and other applicable standards, including issuance of Transaction Certificates (TCs); * Support preparation, execution, and response to internal and external audits; * Monitor quality indicators and support management of non-conformities, complaints, corrective actions, and improvement actions; * Draft, review, and update procedures, work instructions, and other documentation of the Quality Management System; * Ensure document control for Quality, Environment, and Safety areas; * Collaborate with various departments in implementing and monitoring best practices and Quality Management System requirements. **We are looking for someone with:** ✔ Higher education or technical qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field; ✔ Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, preferably ISO 9001; ✔ Proficiency in end-user computer applications, especially Microsoft Office; ✔ Organized, rigorous profile with attention to detail; ✔ Analytical ability, planning skills, and teamwork capability; ✔ Professional English proficiency. **We value:** * Experience in quality roles within an industrial environment; * Familiarity with RWS, GOTS, or other textile certifications; * Experience in the textile sector and/or export-oriented companies. **We offer:** ✔ Integration into a solid and growing company; ✔ Continuous training and mentoring; ✔ Opportunity for professional development in the Quality field; ✔ Dynamic and collaborative work environment; ✔ Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience.
