Apply here \ **About KWAN** We connect IT professionals with projects that match their skills, professional experience, and goals, then we offer a career progression program, delivered by in\-house specialists \- our People Experience Partners \- to guide them through our journey with us. **What is this challenge about** * Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to agreed requirements, providing proper follow\-up aligned with the client’s business objectives; * Maintain clear and effective communication with the client, managing and aligning expectations, resolving issues, and providing solutions when needed; * Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery; * Support the client and internal stakeholders in defining project strategy, ensuring that business objectives are effectively achieved; * Identify risks and issues within projects, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively communicate potential challenges to all relevant stakeholders. **What we are looking for** * Proven experience as a Mid\-Level Project Manager or PMO, with 3 to 5 years of project management experience, preferably working with external clientes; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams. * Ability to manage expectations and handle challenging situations constructively; * Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile, or others, with the ability to adapt them to the specific needs of each client and project; * Experience managing cross\-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between team members and stakeholders; * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strategic perspective, efficiently prioritizing needs and resources; * Fluency in English (minimum B1\).
