Desired Profile Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrotechnical Engineering; * Registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers (preferred); * Professional experience in managing maintenance contracts for buildings and industrial facilities; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Initiative and proactivity; * Work organization and autonomy; * Teamwork orientation; * Availability for travel within the Northern region; * Valid driver's license.
