**Role Overview** We are looking for an experienced **Systems Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365** to lead the design, implementation, and continuous optimisation of our Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys) environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration and performance of our CRM ecosystem, driving digital transformation across marketing and sales processes, and supporting innovation in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. **What You Will Do** * Manage and optimise **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys)** solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and digital strategy. * Design and maintain **solution concepts, user permissions, and access control** structures within D365\. * Oversee and enhance key processes including **Lead\-to\-Opportunity management, quotation and offer creation**, and **Real\-Time Marketing** automation. * Collaborate cross\-functionally to drive **digitisation and innovation initiatives** in marketing and sales. * Support **testing, troubleshooting, and release activities** across the D365 environment. * Work closely with **internal departments and external partners** to deliver scalable, reliable CRM and Power Platform solutions. * Contribute to agile projects using tools like **Azure DevOps** and ITSM frameworks, ensuring proper documentation and governance. * Provide technical guidance and act as a **trusted advisor** for D365 capabilities, enhancements, and integrations. **What You Bring** * **Senior\-level expertise** in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys), and **Power Platform**. * **Microsoft certification** in D365 Sales \& Marketing (required). * Hands\-on experience with: + Real\-Time Marketing campaigns and analytics + Quotation and offer creation; Lead\-to\-Opportunity processes + User permission and access management * Initial experience with **Microsoft D365 Customer Insights, Sales Insights**, and **Copilot for Sales**. * Strong capability to produce **clear solution documentation** and system concepts. * Experience with **agile project methods/tools (Azure DevOps)** and **ITSM systems**. * A **proactive, structured, and solution\-oriented** approach with strong collaboration skills. * Background or mindset as an **operational Business Analyst or Product Owner**. **Excited?
