Driven by its ambition for growth and scale, Inetum generated sales of 2\.5 billion euros in 2023\. **Descrição do emprego*** **Manage and maintain** Microsoft 365 (Office365\) environments and Microsoft Exchange on\-prem. * **Monitor system performance** availability, and security of Office 365 and Exchange on\-prem. * **Implement and maintain** Tenant, Sharepoint, Teams, Onedrive, Exchange policies, retention rules, and compliance configurations. * **Troubleshoot and resolve** issues related to Office 365 ecosystem, and Exchange on\-prem (mail flow, user access, and system errors) * **Administer** Exchange Online Protection (EOP), spam filtering, and threat management. * **Support user onboarding/offboarding**, mailbox provisioning, and license management. * **Collaborate with IT teams** to integrate email systems with other enterprise applications. * **Ensure data protection** and disaster recovery strategies. * **Document procedures**, configurations, and system changes. * Stay updated on **Microsoft 365 updates**, best practices, and emerging technologies. **Qualificações** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. * Proven experience managing **Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Microsoft Exchange** environment. * Strong understanding of **Entra ID,** **Active Directory**, **DNS**, **SMTP**, and **PowerShell scripting**. * Experience with **Office 365,** **email security**, **compliance** including **data loss prevention (DLP), AIP, Microsoft Defender for Office 365** and **Purview**. * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills. * High resilience, assertiveness and proactiveness * Microsoft certifications (e.g., **MS\-102**, **MS\-203**) are a plus. * Business fluent English and Portuguese **Informação adicional** Preferred Skills: * Experience with hybrid Exchange environments. * Knowledge of automation and monitoring tools. * Power Platform knowledge * Ability to work independently and in a team\-oriented environment. **Notes**: * Hybrid work regime.
