Focused 100% on the development of applications and tools for the mobility area, SYSDEV is today one of the main *players* in this field. SYSDEV is currently recruiting a *Support Specialist* to strengthen its team, to carry out the following tasks: * Provide technical support to clients and partners of SYSDEV products, helping to solve technical issues, answering questions, and offering necessary guidance on the proper use of the products; * Understand client and technology partner challenges regarding mobility software and propose improvement procedures; * Guide the installation and configuration of SYSDEV products at client sites, ensuring all configurations are correct and that products operate according to requirements; * Identify software improvements that will benefit customer experience; * Act as a subject matter expert on products developed by SYSDEV. For this purpose, we are seeking someone with: * One to two years of experience in IT support or related roles; * Proven skills in algorithms and data structures, particularly in SQL language; * User-level knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Cegid Primavera, Cegid PHC, Sage, or others) is valued; * Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Portuguese and English, especially in active listening processes; * Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks in a proactive and collaborative manner.
