Main Responsibilities * Perform tractor operator duties on the estate; * Operate tractors and agricultural equipment safely and efficiently; * Ensure proper use and basic maintenance of equipment assigned to the role; * Comply with safety procedures and operational guidelines of the farm. Required Profile Mandatory Requirements: * Minimum compulsory schooling; * Proven experience in the role; * Tractor driving license; * Immediate availability. Additional Assets: * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work in a team; * Commitment and task-oriented approach. Work Location Mora, Évora. Contractual and Remuneration Conditions (Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2023/970 on pay transparency) Information to be completed by the company: * Employment contract in accordance with applicable legislation; * Application of the SETAAB Collective Labour Agreement (CLA); * Reference occupational category: Agricultural Machinery Operator; * Monthly base salary: €1,000 to €1,200, depending on relevant experience, demonstrated autonomy, applicable training, and suitability for the role; * Meal allowance: €5 per day actually worked; * Opportunity for professional advancement based on objective criteria, including performance, training, experience, autonomy, responsibility, and company needs. The indicated remuneration complies with the minimum wage table set forth in the applicable CLA; placement within the specified range is determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
