This is a high\-focus, large\-scale project, with production in India and additional BMW projects for the next generation of BMW vehicles. The role involves platform\-based technical systems, high\-voltage topics, and the capacity to support upcoming new projects. **Your main tasks** * Ensure product and process quality compliance throughout the New Product Development lifecycle up to PPAP and SOP * Act as the main quality interface between customers and internal stakeholders during project execution * Lead and moderate Design and Process FMEAs according to AIAG/VDA standards * Support Manufacturing Engineering with statistical analyses (MSA, Cmk/Cpk, capability studies) * Create and maintain prototype, pre\-launch, and safe\-launch control plans * Drive a zero\-defect mindset by proactively preventing quality incidents and customer complaints * Support audits, APQP activities, and promote quality standards and mindset within project teams **Your ideal background** * Solid knowledge of APQP, PPAP/PPA, and quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001\) * Experience with FMEA methodology and statistical quality tools (MSA, SPC, capability studies) * Familiarity with automotive production processes (e.g. assembly, molding) * Structured, solution\-oriented mindset with the ability to lead quality topics independently * Strong communication and stakeholder\-management skills in an intercultural environment * Proficiency in English and the local language, both written and spoken * Willingness to travel within EMEA and engage in international project teams \#jobsEMEADP \#LI\-HYBRID **ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY** TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
