Currently, we are expanding our team by hiring a Network and Security Administrator to be assigned to our client. Your responsibilities will include: \- Administration of WLAN, LAN, and WAN networks; \- Configuration, management, and maintenance of Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls; \- Implementation and monitoring of routing protocols (Static Routing, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP); \- Configuration and support of VPNs and QoS; \- Application and management of Web Filtering policies; \- Traffic analysis and vulnerability management; \- Continuous network monitoring, incident identification, and resolution; \- Ensuring network infrastructure security and integrity. What we expect from you: \- Academic background in Information Technologies (or related field); \- At least 1 year of experience in network administration; \- Solid knowledge of Cisco equipment; \- Experience with routing protocols and network security; \- Knowledge of ITIL or ISO/IEC 20000 (preferred); \- English language proficiency \- preferred; \- Preference for candidates residing in Évora or within a 45-minute commuting distance; \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; \- Proactivity, dynamism, and motivation to learn; \- Time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines; \- Goal-oriented mindset; \- Strong teamwork capabilities.
